I tried writing a pretty poem to capture how much you mean to me
I tried to wipe away my tears because it was becoming harder to see
Two years gone by and I still cry at the very thought of you
Time heals all wound is what they say but this wound is still fresh
You were an uncle, a friend and my inspiration in every way
You were a man who glittered like gold inside and out
Going back home will be a real pain because you won't be there
I'd forever keep you in my heart because there we would never part and I pray to God that he gives us comfort to continue to bear this loss.
I love you so so much uncle
